Actually, that title is pretty square of me. But hey, I’m a square, man. On to the point of this post… There is a brand new Birmingham Vintage Fair in the Jewellery Quarter.Birmingham is such a hot bed of creative talent, we need our very own event to celebrate this so BVF is for all you fans of vintage plus shabby chic, retro, handmade in Birmingham and so much more. So, my friend Rickie Josen has put together an amazing display of the best of what Birmingham and the Midlands has to offer. I will be there doing express makeovers to show you how to incorporate the 70s trend into your makeup routine in a fresh, modern way. Later this week, I’ll have a sneek peek of the 70s makeup shoot that I did to give you some wearable examples. You don’t want to miss out, especially for only a £1 entry fee!
There will be:
© vintage & pre-loved (all eras)
© shabby chic
© handmade
© clothes, accessories and home furnishings
© artists colony and creative workshop run by Creative Open Workshops
© live music
© makeup (Ace Your Face)and hair experts
The event has a 1970s theme (not necessarily the goods sold!) with a festival vibe, including full use of the courtyard too.
