And you thought I was done with this product? I’m kind of obsessed with Emerge and the other pure cream pigments from Illamasqua. They have so many different uses that I am still discovering. A few of the other cream pigments from the Toxic Nature collection also serve as colour correctors (Bedaub, Dab). When I own those, I’ll do a combined post similar to this one. And now onto the many uses for Emerge cream pigment. Stay tuned for an FOTD this week, which highlights some of the uses below.

Eyes:

♠ Under eye circles with blue-ish cast (use concealer on top of this)

♠ Eye shadow base

♠ Eye shadow (non oily lids)

♠ Brow bone highlighter

♠ Waterline eyeliner to brighten instead of using white eyeliner (especially medium to dark skin tones)

♠ Inner eye highlight

Cheeks:

♠ Blush or highlighter, depending on skin tone. lighter skin tones can use for a subtle flush of colour. Darker skin tones can use as a cheek highlight

♠ As a cheek base to make your blush show up more, especially if you suffer from hyperpigmentation on the cheeks that tends to make your blush look muddy or ineffective

Lips:

♠ For those with two-tone lips, even out so that lip colour appears more consistent on both lips.

♠ As a concealer base for discoloration around the mouth (dark skin)

♠ Use underneath OCC lip tars to prevent staining.

♠ Use as a peachy lip colour
