Hola means hi! Hello! Not goodbye. Tell everyone you meet. Just say hola! Repeat, say…Wow, ok. I was having a Sesame Street moment. That was a simpler time in my life, unlike this past week.  I have basically done three things this week: work, eat, sleep. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.  Take heart, my lovelies for I have not abandoned you or this blog. Never. I promise you that fun posts are coming up. I will be heading back to my hometown of Washington, DC via NYC. I’m so freakin’ (I promised myself I wouldn’t curse on this blog) excited to see my family and friends after a year! I want to share all of my favourite things with you while I am there. Unsurprisingly, that will mean more food posts. ‘Cause, um, I likes to get my eat on and I miss the food in the US. Yes, the artery-clogging, high fructose corn syrup-laced, hydrogenated-oiled goodies are calling out to me. But that stuff will come later.
