First, let me say how in love I am with Illamasaqua’s “Climax” lipstick. It’s definitely a my-lips-but-better colour on me. I’m brimming with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for it. Anyway, sometimes I just want to look polished and pretty, but still flawless. I just don’t want to look like I made too much of an effort. “Approachable” would be the right word. On the day I wore this look, the sun was shining and I received three pieces of news that were totally out of left field. I was asked to model in a jewellery shoot (in the end they went with a blonde-boo); took place in an impromptu photoshoot; and learned that I had a direct hand in getting one of my fave bakers an intro account at my new favourite neighborhood coffee joint. Lots of unexpected little things that brightened my day.
If you are wondering about the hair, it’s a braid-out using Miss Jessie’s Curly Pudding. Check after the break for a picture collage of this look and a full list of products
